Celebrating College Graduation

Most families celebrate college graduations in a blast. This can be a very memorable day for them to see the ending of their college life. We all know how college can be stressful and hectic. We struggle a lot to pass exams, quizzes and other college activities. These are all for the welfare of our future.

After we graduate from college, we deserve to have the best celebration. Throwing a fun graduation party is one of the most anticipated parts of our school life. Here are the guidelines on how to plan and celebrate a college graduation plan:

• First thing we need to do is set our budget for the party. We need to decide how much we are spending for the graduation party we are planning. This has to be about eight weeks before the date of the graduation party. If we are going to rent a facility, then we have to give it more time for us to look for the perfect place where we want our college graduation party to be held.
•  Second thing we are going to do is to create our guest list and then send the invitations right away. It is better to send the invitations one month before the party. Because it is going to be graduation season, and there are so many people having their own parties, we have to make sure that it is our party that people are going to attend in to.
• College graduations are very important and special for everyone so it is okay to do it to the extent. We can have the best decorations, and other props to make the party exciting. We can try making personalized pins with the names of the graduates in it. When they enter the party, these pins will be worn on their shirts so that other guests know who the graduates are. Even the candies and other refreshments can be designed in a graduation theme. We can make cookies shaped like the graduation hat, or candies with a wrapper that has pictures of the graduates in it.
• We then have to decide for the foods and drinks that we will have for our college graduation party. We need to make sure that we calculate the amount of drinks we will serve for each of our guests. This goes same with the foods and appetizers. This is important especially when we are having a large party. We do not want to have either less or excess from the served foods and drinks.
• It will be costly to have a video for each of the guests to share their wishes to the graduates. It would be more practical and time saving to have a guestbook instead where they can write their thoughts and hopes for the fresh graduates.
• Lastly, we have to make sure that we have the most fun in this much awaited college graduation party.
