Junior school is divided into two sections. In the junior high and middle school section functions from class six to nine. In this grade the disparity among their ages can confuse their teacher about the technique should be followed to teach. In this grade students are not fully matured and teacher can’t get the understanding level of students.

To manage the whole class, teacher may find very serious problems. There are various techniques that have been invented by the instructors and the educationists to apply in class for the better result of teaching. Using a huge variety of related materials can be used in classroom while teaching. Team teaching is another way of classroom teaching.

Team teaching is a type of teaching where teacher don’t regulate their students as how they should pose and he also involved in this lesson with them and create a thematic lesson for learning. This type of teaching technique is very well-known for its’ benefits but in the junior high and middle school level the application of this technique results quite unfruitful.

In large classroom where a huge number of students exist, team teaching can’t effective for them. Many researchers and educationists also found this issue and they discover that more than 120 outputs means less coordination and evaluation. Thus the student can’t connect with their teacher and parents individually. In this stage they get prepared for high school but here for this team teaching method hamper the way of learning properly and they become less productive in future. Another difficulty of this method is the number of teacher. If each of the group contains a very high quantity of students and teacher, it will turn into a problematic method rather than progressive.

If the planning time is collaborative then this team teaching can make good result on them. This planning ought to be the additional course time of other courses and this will be revised in four or five times per week. This type of planning is not appropriate for the junior school environment. Be deficient in shared planning time is the main problem for team teachers. This is clearly seen that team teaching requires more time than other methods of teaching where the quality and result is not impressive at all.

Leaders must coordinate and have to make all the plans possible thus all the members of the team can help them individually. Here, this most important try goes in vain because of the uncommitted leader who is not responsible in his work. Thus team teaching becomes unfruitful for all the students’ learning.  The extra responsibility of the team requires extra bonuses and incentives thus the total budget gets strapped. Middle school teachers also have small formal education and thus the teacher have to facilitate all the members together and this is not so easy for others.
