You have to take all types of foods in which vegetables and fruits must be included. If you avoid fruits and vegetables, you may find complications in your immunity system. Scientists declared that adequate amount of food nutrients from all food groups have to be consumed everyday and only this can be appeared as proper diet.

Immune system also needs vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin H. These vitamins can serve all the purposes of your right immune system. Fruits contain lots of minerals and your immune system needs minerals. You have to take one or two fresh fruits daily after your lunch or supper. You can also take juices of fruits but obviously with no added colours and preservatives.

Like vitamins and minerals you have to take a huge amount of protein food items in your meal. You can include beef, turkey, poultry, tuna, shrimp, beans, grains, oysters, crab etc. as a protein contained food item.

You can buy fresh vegetable juice also. It can make your body light and well fitted. It has no fat so that this juice must be the first choice of all health concerned people. You can drink carrot juice, cucumber juice, and tomato juice and so on. You have to limit the amount of taking sugar and sweet items. Sweets can increase your body fat and it may not be useful for your immunity system in any way. So you need to reduce the amount of sweets from your food menu.

You can add garlic in your food menu because garlic has the capability to fight against infections. It kills viruses and removes fungi also. Cancer risks can be reduced by 70% if you take a good amount of garlic daily.
