InkinGrey (hereinafter referred to as "InkinGrey") services, and all information and Content (as defined in these Terms) on the InkinGrey site (together with the design, layout and organization and the underlying source HTML files that implement the hypertext features, is hereinafter referred to as the "Site") may be used solely under the following Terms. Please read the Terms carefully and completely before using the Site. By accessing, browsing or using the information or services on the Site, you (the "User") expressly agree to and consent to be bound by the Terms in full. If the following Terms are not acceptable in full, you must immediately terminate your use of the Site. Users accessing or using the Site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with these Terms. The Site and these Terms may be changed by InkinGrey, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice. Use of the Site subsequent to any change constitutes the User’s acceptance of the change. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All user contributed content is licensed under the Creative Commons License unless stated otherwise by the content contributor. Only content items that offer an embedded version of the content are allowed to be redistributed under the CC License, and all other content is not allowed to be re-published under the InkinGrey Terms of use.

ACCOUNT TERMS

1. Users must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
2. Users must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. Users must provide their legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.
4. An account may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
5. Only one account per person is allowed.
6. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. InkinGrey cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from a User's failure to comply with this security obligation.
7. Users may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
8. Building traffic to ones content by using any form of cloaking, hidden frames, pop ups, traffic exchange networks, purchased lists, black hat SEO, redirect links, hidden links, cloaking links, tricking people in to clicking links, purchased visitors schemes and any form of automated traffic is strictly prohibited.
9. Users are prohibited from using our services in conjunction with any form of network abuse, spamming, spyware, denial of service, or other illegal traffic driving activity. Sending any email to purchased lists or lists obtained by any other method (such as harvesting) is not acceptable. Users may only send e-mail to recipients in their own private email accounts.

Violation of any of the above may result in the suspension of your account and loss of past anf future earnings.

USER ACCOUNTS

General use of the Site is free. Users must set up an account through the Site for User to access and use any of the Services. InkinGrey, in its sole discretion, may accept or reject for any reason a User as a customer of the Services. As a condition to accessing and using any of the Services offered by InkinGrey on the Site, Users must accept and agree to the Terms of Service set forth elsewhere on the Site.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

InkinGrey responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

As between InkinGrey and Users, all right, title and interest in the Site and all information it contains, or may contain in the future, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property rights - excluding all user contributed content to InkinGrey, (collectively referred to as the “Content”), is the property of InkinGrey or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. Except as expressly provided below, nothing contained in the Site shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights, to use the Site or the Content displayed on the Site, through the use of framing or otherwise, without the prior written permission of InkinGrey or any third party that may own the trademark or copyright of material displayed on the Site.

Subject to the User's full compliance with these Terms, the User is hereby granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to view, download, print and use information retrieved from the Site, provided that: (i) it is solely for the User’s own lawful, personal, informational, non-commercial purposes: (ii) the User does not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices; (iii) the Content, or any part thereof, is not modified; and (iv) it is automatically done through the User's browser software incidentally to using the Site and/or the Services. The User acknowledges and agrees that InkinGrey has no control of the availability of the Site or the Services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.

User shall be solely responsible for providing, maintaining and ensuring that all hardware, software, electrical and other physical requirements for User’s use of the Site and the Services, including, without limitation, telecommunications and internet access connections and links, web browsers, bandwidth or other equipment, programs and services required to access and use the Site and the Services, are compatible with the Site and the Services. While InkinGrey will endeavor to make timely backups of all reports to the User, the User is responsible to backup all reports made while using the Service.

InkinGrey reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, at any time and for any reason, to: (i) remove or disable access to all or any portion of the Site or the Services; and (ii) suspend or terminate the User’s access to or use of all or any portion of the Site or the Services.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT MADE ACCESSIBLE BY INKINGREY

The Site contains hyper-links to third party websites. The linked sites are not under the control of InkinGrey, and InkinGrey is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties with respect to, the contents or privacy policies or practices of any linked sites or any link contained in a linked site. The inclusion of a linked site is for the User’s convenience only and is not intended as and should not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation by InkinGrey of the linked site or its content. We cannot guarantee that any Submissions made available via the Site will be free of objectionable content. We therefore assume no responsibility for any Submissions on, or otherwise linked to, the Site.

ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE

You affirm that you are either over the age of 18, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and will abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Site is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the InkinGrey Site.

CHANGES OF THE TERMS

InkinGrey may make changes to this Agreement from time to time.
